The achievement spam there doesnt say anything

It was indeed. There are no special server wide spam messages for anything in ICC as far as I know (since there are no feats of strength associated with the instance other than shadowmourne).

There's no achievement for server first Lich King, only server first heroic. But yeah, it was server first.
